Testimonial from Dr Satish Singh & Mrs Rajni Iyer
Who were the independent adjudicators to oversee the elections

We, Dr Satish Singh and Mrs Rajni Iyer, were present at the AGM as independent observers to supervise the election process. We have been involved with SHCA as volunteers with sole purpose of progressing its cause. Neither of us has anything to do with the board or any committee related matters.

We can confirm that on the election afternoon every candidate was given a chance to speak in the hustings with the same limitation of time set for each person. The voting process and the ballot paper were repeatedly explained to avoid any confusion.

The ballot was cast in an orderly and regulated manner. The ballot box was emptied and counted in our presence with the help of six other volunteers. Everything was fully above board.
